The Gluten Free Store Ltd is a New Zealand owned supplier of premium baking product for those people wishing to pursue a gluten free diet. We source our product only from trusted and established growers and manufacturers.

With all our products, there is always the risk of cross contamination at the harvesting, processing, packaging, or transportation stages through which the product passes on its way to the consumer. Our products are licensed under Coeliac New Zealand's crossed grain programme as products that are suitable for coeliacs who must follow a strict gluten free diet for life. To guarantee that our products meet these standards, we have them independently tested immediately upon arrival into our store to make sure that they are free from cross contamination from gluten based product.

Some of our products fall under the NZ standard for gluten free and others under the codex standard, the international standard for gluten free. The codex standard products contain less than 20ppm for gluten rather than the 'not detectable' NZ standard, currently testing down to less than 3ppm. Both these standards are considered safe for coeliacs.
