Terms and Conditions
You are welcome to pick up your orders from our warehouse c/o Punja NZ Ltd, at 31 Ha Crescent, Wiri.
We cannot send orders to PO box addresses. Please include a physical address (work or home) for all deliveries.
Orders within Auckland
If you have ordered from within Auckland, you can expect your delivery to arrive within 2 - 4 working days.
Orders outside Auckland
If you have ordered from outside of Auckland in the North Island, you can expect your delivery to arrive within 3 - 5 working days. If you have ordered from the South Island, your delivery will arrive within 5 - 7 working days.
Rural addresses may take an extra 2 days to the standard delivery times.
Delivery times are the same as for Auckland.
For orders of 30kg and over we will give you a quoted delivery time and freight rate when placing the order.
Delivery times are subject to change without notice.
We do not guarantee that the products advertised will always be in stock. Should you order an out of stock item you will be contacted and have the option of replacing the item with another or removing it from your order.
We advise placing your order online, or by email to avoid errors.
We DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILTY for late orders due to courier issues.
Courier charges are based on weight, distance and additional costs e.g. rural deliveries.
Online prices exclude GST and freight which will be added to your invoice when checking out.
Prices are subject to change without notice. However we will honour all prices advertised on our website at the time of ordering subject to availability.
Payment may be made by Direct Credit or Cheque.
For non credit customers, payment must be cleared before the goods can be dispatched.
All goods once dispatched are taken as sold.
Any defective goods must be notified to Gluten Free Store Ltd within 5 days of receipt. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and will give a full refund on any goods not received in a satisfactory condition, excluding damage in transit.
Gluten Free Store Ltd will assist in making claims for freight damage as much as possible.
You agree that where you acquire products from us for the purpose of your business, any provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that would otherwise apply to the supply by us of those products do not apply.
All risk of loss of, or damage to, the products passes to you on delivery.
We have no liability to you for any loss or damage (either direct, indirect or consequential, including any loss of profit) suffered by you or any other person as a result of us providing this service or any failure or delay in providing this service or the products ordered.
