Vegetable Gum (415) Addition ingredients required:
1) 250ml - 300ml Milk (1 cup to 1 1/4 cups)
2) 1 egg (size 6)
3) 1 Tbsp Vegetable oil Baking Instructions for Loaf:
1) In a bowl whisk the wet ingredients together
2) Add 180g of dry mix and whisk until smooth
3) Leave to rest for 5 minutes
4) Heat a greased pan over a medium heat
5) Place a large spoonful of batter mix on the heated pan
6) Turn when bubbles start appearing on the top and cook the other side
