Ingredients: Flour (Rice, Potato Starch, Tapioca, Corn) Sugar, Cocoa, Raising Agents (450,500), Salt,   
                       Natural Flavouring, Vegetable Gums (415,417), Food Colour (E155, E122, E133)
BASIC RECIPE
Baking Instructions for Cake:
1) Place wet ingredients into mixing bowl
     (a) 225ml of milk
     (b) 2 eggs (size 6)
     (c) 2 tblsp oil
2) Place dry ingredients into mixing bowl and blend with wet on medium speed for 1 minute.
3) Place slightly runny mixture into a greased 20cm diameter cake tin.
4) Preheat oven to 160deg.C
5) Cook at 160deg.C for approx. 45 minutes (test with skewer to make sure cake is completely cooked
     before removing from oven).
Recipe Suggestions:
     (a) Add chopped nuts (total weight 80g) to the mixture i.e. Pecans, walnuts or almonds
     (b) The tart flavour of raspberries (total weight 75g) is a particularly good combination with the sweetness of the chocolate
           cake. It's best to use frozen berries added just prior to the end of mixing.

CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH RASPBERRIES
Ingredients

Gluten Free Store Chocolate Cake Mix                                        400g
Raspberries (Frozen or Fresh - not tinned)                                 100g (about 1 cupful)
Vegetable Oil                                                                                      30ml (2 Tbls)
Eggs (size 6)                                                                                            2          
Milk                                                                                                       225ml (1 imperial cup = 225ml; 1 metric cup = 250ml)
 
Method
1) Put wet ingredients into mixing bowl and blend together 
    (a) 225ml milk 
    (b) 2 eggs
    (c) 30ml (2 tbls) vegetable oil
2) Put dry ingredients into mixing bowl and blend with wet on medium speed for 2 minutes
3) Gently stir in raspberries (use either fresh or frozen, if frozen, don't thaw)
4) Place slightly runny mixture into 20cm cake tin (greased and lined)
5) Cook in oven preheated to 160 deg. C for 48 minutes (before removing cake from oven, test with skewer to make sure it is completely    
     cooked)
