Recipe
1. 160g Cracker Mix.
2. 50g Margarine or Butter.
3. Flavour of choice. (a) Cajun Spice
(b) Sesame oil 1/4 tsp + 2 tbls Sesame seeds
(c) Cumin seeds 1 tsp
4. 75ml cold water. Method
1. In mixing bowl rub margarine or butter into dry mix.
2. Add flavour of choice.
3. With mixer running slowly, add cold water to make a soft ball of dough.
4. Grease the baking tray.
5. Place the dough in the centre of the tray and place a sheet of baking paper on the top.
6. Roll out under paper to approx. 1mm thick.
7. Lightly sprinkle with rock salt.
8. Cut into small squares using a pastry or pizza wheel.
9. Bake at 160deg C for 20-22 minutes until crisp.
10. Cool then store in an airtight container.
