Ingredients: Flour (Sorghum, Corn, Tapioca, Potato Starch) Sugar, Raising Agents (450,500), Salt,
                        Vegetable Gums (415,417) Ginger, Natural Flavouring
Baking Instructions for Loaf:
1) Place wet ingredients into mixing bowl and blend together
     (a) 265ml of milk
     (b) 1 egg (size 6)
     (c) 4 tblsp oil
2) Place dry ingredients into mixing bowl and blend with wet on medium high/high speed for 3 minutes.
3) Place slightly runny mixture into a greased 20cm x 10cm loaf tin.
4) Preheat oven to 160deg.C
5) Cook at 160deg.C for approx. 50 minutes (test with skewer to make sure cake is completely cooked
     before removing from oven). Time may vary depending on oven and baking dish used.
Recipe Suggestions:
Date and Walnut Loaf: Add a cup of chopped dates to the mixture. You will need to soak these in hot water
for about 15 minutes before adding to the wet mix. For the wet mixture, include the water in which the dates
have been soaking (make sure it is cool before adding) and remember to reduce the amount of milk you
add by about 100ml to compensate for this extra water. Also add 1 cup of chopped walnuts.
