Ingredients: Flour (Sorghum, Potato Starch, Tapioca, Corn) Sugar,Raising Agents (450,500), Salt, Natural Flavouring,
Vegetable Gums (415,417)) Preparation and Baking Instructions:
1) Place wet ingredients into mixing bowl
(a) 185ml of milk
(b) 2 eggs (size 6)
(c) 2 Tblsp oil
2) Place dry ingredients into mixing bowl and blend with wet on medium speed for 1 minute.
3) Place slightly runny mixture into a greased 20cm diameter cake tin.
4) Preheat oven to 160deg.C
5) Cook at 160deg.C for approx. 45 minutes (test with skewer to make sure cake is completely cooked
before removing from oven).
