Method 1) Place 180ml milk and 75ml vegetable oil into a mixing bowl. 2) Put contents of packet (420g) into mixing bowl and mix on medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes. 3) Place dough mixture onto well floured benchtop (rice flour recommended) 4) Divide dough into quarters and shape into pizza bases (200-220mm dia). 5) Make up pizza toppings of your choice. 6) Preheat oven to 220deg C. 7) Place pizzas in bottom half of oven and bake for approx. 8 minutes. 8) It is recommended that you prebake the pizza bases and make into pizzas once cooled or freeze for later use.
