Method
1) Put 225g (1/2 packet) into mixing bowl
2) Add 1 Tbls sugar to dry mix then rub butter or margarine into flour mix
3) Add milk to dry mix. This will be wetter than conventional scones.
4) Divide mixture into 6 equal portions
5) With well oiled hands, shape the portions into scones and place onto greased baking tray
6) Preheat oven to 160 deg. C and bake for approx. 20 minutes
7) You can add 50g of dates or sultanas to the recipe if desired (add after step 2)

Additional Ingredients required
2) 215ml Milk
3) 50g butter or margarine
4) 50g grated cheese (you could also add diced onion if desired)
